NATIONAL GATHERING FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS, JUSTICE
AND PEACE IN THE PHILIPPINES
RETURN TO GOD & REJOICE!!

The crowd maybe numbered 700 before rains forced then to seek shelter at the grandstand or at home
The Philippines has endured external invasion and occupation from without, through centuries of Spanish
friarcracy, followed by the Americans violent benovolent assimilation and then invasion of the Japanese
Imperial Forces before Independence was finally granted postwar . Then on September 21, 1972, the
Philippines was invaded from within with the declaration of Martial Law. 41 years after Marcos
Proclamation No.1081 of September 21, 1972, different proclamations were made at the Quirino Grandstand
with The National Gathering for Righteousness, Justice and Peace in the Philippines. Military law led to the
conjugal dictatorship and a systematized dynastic kleptocracy that has so in-grained government service into
a class of self-seeking entitlement to public funds and largesse so that under the term of GMA, the Philippines
was considered:

According to a World Bank study in 2008, corruption in the Philippines is considered to be the worst among East Asias
leading economies and the country has sunk even lower among those seen to be lagging in governance reforms. The
2009 Corruption Perceptions Index published by global watchdog Transparency International, showed that the situation in
the country had improved slightly but still remained serious.
[4]

The Philippines ranked 3rd among 180 countries included in the index, up from its previous 141st ranking in 2008. The
nation scored 2.4 in the TI index, compared to 2.3 in 2008, which ranked it equal to Pakistan, Bangladesh and the Bal tic
state of Belarus. [From Wikipedia Corruption in the Philippines]
Corruption exists in all levels of the government, especially among high-level civil servants, according to the US
Department of State Investment Climate Statement 2013. Companies generally have little confidence in the Philippine
judicial system, and this is due to the allegedly incompetent court personnel, corruption and long delays of court cases.

Maybe under Pres. Aquino, the Philippines will finally know true reform and much encouragement is seen.
After Chief Justice Renato Coronas impeachment on December 12, 2011 and the exposure of Janet Lim-
Napoles scam of tens of billions of pesos through the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) that was
generously endowed by Pork Barrel funds from Bong Revilla, Jinggoy Estrada, Juan Ponce Enrile, Gringo
Honasan, Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and other politicians. That is why we march and pray and stand.

3:00 pm was the posters Assembly Time but as early as 130PM GNWOM was at Luneta including 5 shofar
blowers from GNWOM Cielito, 5 from GNWOM Payatas and others from GNWOM San Juan for the practice
or blocking directed by Sis. Enchaing Kaimo and it was there that the Jericho March was explained and
practiced.
The original program, in its ideal, as approved by the GNWOM/PJM/IFP Boards included the following but
the actual program was a little different having started the program proper a little late and some exhortations
going beyond the alloted time and it did not help that Odettes Water Baptism started:

Sukkot 2013 5774

Sukkot was observed from September 18 (at sundown) until September 25. Sukkas were made out of palm
fronds as seen at Kol Adonai Foundation last Friday night and also at the Grain, New Wine & Oil Ministries
San Juan Church.

The Sunday service September 22 had most of the key Praise & Worship singers missing since they were all in
Israel and with also with all the senior pastors in Jerusalem it fell to Bro. Cesar Ballana to give the Word. His
first time in that role since he rejoined GNWOM while the rains of Typhoon Odette continued to lash northern
Luzon and we prayed for those with and not with us that morning.
Notice the Ark of the Covenant and the Menorah. Maybe we need the Resurrected Cross next?
