Eligibility Criteria: The eligible criteria for Registration are as under:-

(a) The officers should be covered under the definition of Ex-Servicemen

as laid down by the Government of India, (Deartment of !ersonnel
and Training)"
(b) #hould be an unemloyed commissioned officer"
(c) #hould register within five years of retirement$release"
(d) %er age limit:-
(i) &fficers uto 'a( Gen and e)uivalent- % to *+ years of age"
(ii) ,t Gen - e)uivalent . % to /0 years of age"
(e) #erving officers may register themselves immediately after retirement
on receit of their Release &rder,1#' I$2ard and !!& to avail the
facilities of DGR"
(f) 3ll officers invalidated out due to medical reasons may register only if
eligible for disability ension and certified fit for civil emloyment"
(g) ##2&s may register on comletion of secified terms of engagement
with gratuity, otherwise than at his own re)uest or by way of dismissal
or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency"
