the instructional activities?

Development
Create learning activities to instruct on
the specific knowledge, skills, behaviors,
etc.
Create instructional activities
Sequence and chunk the content
Create leaders guides and lesson plans
Create learner materials
Develop evaluation materials

Implementation
Rollout program communications
Prepare technology infrastructure and
support services
Prepare trainers
Arrange Logistics
Invite/Enroll/Prepare Learners
Conduct training sessions
Collect learner feedback

Evaluation
Did the participants believe the training was beneficial?
Reaction to Learning Activity
Were objectives met and did learners demonstrate they understood content?
Knowledge or Skill Assessment / Test
Will this training actually improve performance?
