As a prospective chemical engineer, I am applying for an internship with your company. My
hardworking and determined nature plus my knowledge will help me succeed in this position, as
I want to work in the petroleum industry.
With my hard work and knowledge in the field of Chemical Engineering, I plan on researching
and refining ways to extract petroleum with maximum yield. However, I need experience before

being diagnosed with Crohns disease, and it helped me shape a strong mentality and work ethic,
which I believe is essential to working. Also, I am up for any challenge as I have been through
and overcame many events.
