Defamation / Tortuous Interference With Business / Harassment

Mr. Burgess:

Please be advised that Mr. Mitchell Katz has retained the services of Siegel Siegel &
Wright in regards to issues of defamation, harassment, and attempts to tortuously
interfere with his business.

Specifically, you have repeatedly threatened to contact my clients employers with
disparaging remarks, you have posted his employers contact information on social
media soliciting unknown persons contact our clients employer with derogatory
statements, and most recently texted my client to watch out for the ramifications of
your actions. Your actions and postings have been documented and archived for the
purposes of litigation, if necessary.

You are advised to immediately cease and desist any further postings on Facebook
and/or any other social media client which are in any way defamatory or threaten to
tortuously interfere with our clients business. Further you are advised not to initiate
any further direct contact with our client via email, text, telephone or any other means
as any further contact shall be treated as criminal harassment.
