Gloria Santana

Final Project
My name is Gloria Santana. I was borned in Michoacan, Mexico, which is to the South West of the Country. I have a
huge Family. I have 6 brothers and sisters and Im the oldest. My mom was 15 years old when she gave birth to me,
when I was 2 months old she decided to leave me with my Maternal grandparents , so I grew up loving my grandparent
as my parents. I had never leaved with my Biological Parents before until I was 15 years old. They moved to the USA,
Park City, Ut, and they had a stable job and thought that it will be great if I join them here, so that I could have a better
education. So I agreed and I moved with them.
Its been close to twelve years, Since I left my country, leaving my parents alone. I missed them so much I hope that
one day I can see them again.
At the beginning was hard to get alone with my Biological Parents and my brothers but I got used to it. Now I like being
around them and giving them advices about life.
I have never blamed my Biological parents for leaving me with my grandparents, because for me they were the best
parents and they th me taught me all the values that I have and they make me, who I am.

I have always been a responsible person I work,study and support my parents and brothers, since I was 16 years old. I
m proud of my self.
Now Im currently working at wells Fargo and Im continuing my education my Goal is to get my AS at Salt Lake
Community College by summer 2016 and transfer to the University of Utah to get My BS in Nursing.
Im not married yet, I don't have any kids and I dont have a boyfriend at the moment, I'm just 100% focus on my career
and Im leaving the rest in Gods hand, He will give me what is best for me when the time comes.
I am very grateful for all the experiences that I had in the past because they had make the strong person that I am. Also
having the opportunity to interact with people from different countries and experience some of their culture has teac
