new clubs to be partners with this season.

Conclusion: We approved both tournaments. We recommend rangers for the IAC tournament
to move play along, also an n earlier start time.

June 11 Highway Department Golf Outing
Discussion: A scout group will be coming to play 4-8 players. They are working on the details of
the event for 2015. It is a large tournament we could add to the schedule.

Conclusion: Goal would be a 1:30-2:30 start

Course update
Discussion: New carts are coming; we also will be cart hub. This will provide us with a fleet of
carts for all tournaments. We are still waiting on the Winter damage; we hope we survived the
Winter-to be seen next coming weeks. Drainage will be added to Hole #5.

Other Items Discussed:
Joe Miller Tournament: we discussed renaming the Joe Miller to the Memorial and making it a
club event where people can honor past members. Potentially moving this event to Memorial
Day weekend.
Poster: A poster will be made to post tournament chairs and league chairs. This would be poste
din the club house, locker rooms and pro shop.
