During this search warrant Detectives seized 12.4 grams of cocaine (crack and
powder), 11.9 grams of marijuana and $397.26.

This is the second search warrant served at this residence in just over a month. On
09/23/2009 investigators served a search warrant after an investigation revealed that
illegal narcotics were being sold. Kindley was also arrested during that warrant.

The Lake Wales Police Department's Special Investigations Section, which is responsible
for investigating drug sales within the City of Lake Wales, hopes to send a clear
message, to those that want to destroy our community by selling drugs, “we will not
stop”. This is the 5th search warrant in the past few months under Operation Crack
Down. The Special Investigation Section is working hand in hand with the Community
Oriented Policing Squad to clean our community of the drug use and sales which have
plagued us for years. Detective Sergeant Griffin Crosby encourages anyone with
information concerning drug sales within the City to call the Heartland Crime Stoppers at
(800)226-8477. You do not have to give your name and may receive a monetary reward
for information that leads to the arrest of anyone committing a crime.
