This is a contract made between the SELLER, Mr. CHANG YUN CHOI, IC no. (521130-12-
5201) and the BUYER, Zakariah Bin Yunus ,IC No.( 630925-12-5603 ), for the sale of ONE unit
of Hitachi, model UH045-7. The date of sale is 21
th
July 2013. The agreed price between
SELLER and BUYER is RM 30,000.00.

Deposit: RM 10,000.00
Repayment period: 4 months (120 days) from the day of sale

Settlement of full payment by BUYER must be made within 4 months (120days) starting from
the date of sale of goods. In case BUYER delays payment and failure of payment of the goods
as per agreed by both parties, SELLER has fully rights to claim and retake the goods for own
ownership, BUYER has no legal rights to dispute the decision. Settlement of payment amount
can be refunded halfly by the SELLER to BUYER once contract breached.

Upon mutual agreement of both parties of SELLER and BUYER, this contract is valid under
Sales of Goods act 1965.
