THE GARDEN
Ugarte 's house was destroyed in 1882 along with the city
for Araucanian . Then it was rebuilt by the spouses
Ugarte Leon and 1978 was restored by architects Vivian
Orosco Villasante , Armando Chipana Leon and Elida
Ronceros Sanchez and in 1996 was declared a Historic
Artistic Monument and now belongs to Dr. Jesus Chipana
Hurtado , Mayor of Concepcion.
Is located at 324 Bolivar Street Concepcion , Junin , Peru
, this opposite the Plaza de Concepcion.

The house is neoclassical facade , is two stories has 3 large doors on the first floor .
On the second floor there are three balconies.

The house is open monday to friday for visit.
