The students summarize that they are enrolled in summer classes at the Manila campus of San Sebastian College after being enrolled at the Surigao City Extension. They realized they miscalculated the workload of taking three classes and are having difficulty keeping up due to the demands of a new academic and urban environment. They have decided to drop their Provisional Remedies class, finding it the most demanding, and do not want to be only half-prepared in a class taught by their esteemed law dean. They are requesting that their apprehension about their workload be viewed kindly.

Vice President for Business and Finance San Sebastian College Recoletos Manila
Dear Fr. Villaflor,
Greetings!
We are students from San Sebastian College's Institute of Law- Surigao City Extension and we are enrolled for summer classes here in Manila campus.
This pertains to our academic load, which we have miscalculated, as far as the time and effort required of us are concerned. This is our first time to enrol in the main campus and we had not the slightest idea how demanding a subject could be.
We are currently enrolled for three subjects each, and sadly, we can hardly cope with the class requirements, as we are still adopting to a new academic and urban environment.
We have decided to drop our Provisional Remedies class, it being, quite honestly, the most demanding among our subjects. To be more candid about it, we do not want to sit in a class taught by our esteemed law dean with only half-hearted preparations.
We hope that you will look at our apprehension with a kind and tolerant discernment.
