Dear Mr. Nathan,

This letter is to inform you of a concern regarding the dress code at Maintenance Unlimited Inc. I
have contacted one of your supervisors on Wednesday February 19, 2014 to discuss this issue
however the supervisor did not support this statement.

I have been a worker at Maintenance Unlimited Inc. since 2009 and writing on behalf of all the
coworkers of this company who they all agree that the color dress code needs to be change. The
first and only issue regarding the dress code is on the color, as we get the rhythm of working
during the night we are getting hotter when we wear all black uniform, since at the place we have
to clean does not leave the air conditioner on. For example, instead of wearing black T-Shirt and
black pants, we can wear any light color for the T-Shirt but keep the black pants. I am asking you
to reconsider this situation because is uncomfortable working when getting hot, especially when
wearing dark colors.

Dress codes are serious to follow therefore you can see the sophisticated people you hired. The
Supervisor stated that she could not help me, due to your decisions. I look forward to solutions
you propose.
