Symptoms:

On windows XP, the physical adapter of teaming may not update the connec
tion status automatically after teaming created.
Cause:
After creating teaming process, a virtual teaming adapter would be creat
ed. This virtual adapter receives packets from the bottom physical adapters, and
it transmits packets from upper system to below physical adapters. To achieve t
his goal, TCP/IP protocol needs to be unbounded. However, unbinding TCP/IP proto
col will cause the problem that the connection status can not update automatical
