Mr. shameer . K completed B.com Graduation in 2008. And he was working as a accountant in
Josco fisher,kozhikode , he got more experienced in footwear industry. While performing as Accontant Mr.
shameer applied for the post of Assistant finance Manager in solitek polymers Pvt Ltd . And he got
selected. After receiving appointment order he resigned the post of account officer from Josco fisher , and
went to report for duty at Solitek polymers Pvt Ltd . There in solitek polymers Pvt Ltd the General
Manager ask him to bring the medical fitness certificate from the Govt. Doctor, examined Mr. shameer and
found that he is suffering from heart disease. So he declared as medically unfit. The General Manager after
stydying medical report, recommended for cancellation of appointment order of Mr. shameer . K, Mr.
shameer . K is married and having family , he has lost his previous employment, and on medical grounds,
he is not able to get presented post also, he is in despair, how will we solve the problem


General Manager of Solitek polymers Pvt Ltd is not responsible for this problem, because he
acted as per the company rules. Only Mr . shameer . K is responsible, because he should have known his
health condition and could have taken steps before resigning from the old company
There is nothing wrong in the selection process of the company, because the Solitek polymers
Pvt Ltd has made it very clear about health requirements at the time of selection process
So Mr. shameer can go for second medical test
