Leadership Experience: Family-Relations Chair of Apollo Benefiting THON Fall 2013-Present -Apollo is an independent fundraising organization benefiting the Penn State/IFC Panhellenic Dance Marathon. This year-long fundraising effort raises money for the Four-Diamonds Fund which provides financial and emotional support for kids with pediatric cancer. -Responsibilities include: attending executive-board meetings once a week, speaking at general org. meetings of 200 members, conducting meetings with my 15 family- relations captains, proving emotional support for Apollos two THON families, planning events with these families and our organization, and sending the families care packages and friendly mail. Treasurer of Catoctin High School Class Clubs Fall 2008-Spring 2012 - Responsibilities include: planning Prom and Graduation, counting money, weekly meetings with the club advisor to fill out account paper work, and planning high school reunions using the 2012 graduating class funds. Captain of Catoctin High School Varsity Volleyball Fall 2010-Fall 2011 -Responsibilities included: leading warm-ups every day, running practices if the coach could not attend, meeting with the officials before every match to go over the rules, and organizing team-bonding activities.
