nisha ji apki batayi sab mostly dishes me try karti hu wo sahi bhi ban jati
hai but upma 2 baar try kiya but wo ek dum halwe ke tarah ban gaya dark
brown color me. jabki upma thoda bade bade gatto me hota hai yellow
color me . but ye to halwe ke tarah ek dum plain hai pls pani kitna lena hai
aur suji ka maap ek katori ke hisab se baiye . pls nisha ji pls

Mam aapki recipe to bahot testy hai.... Humne apne friends or family k liye
banai thi... Or sab ko bahot pasand aai....,so thank you so much...,and
mam hume chakli bahot pasand hai lekin humari maa jab humare liye
chakli banati hai tab hume acidity problem hoti hai...or taste me bhi utni
achhi nhi lagti esliye hum jyada kha nhi pate.. .,to kya dish me koi fault ho

mam aap ko ek suggetion hai ki jo utensil aap ne use kiya hai uske sath
wooden kalchi use karne chahiye . khane mai steel ke sath non stick
utensil ki kalchi use karne se khane mai harmful chemical substances
peda ho jate hai jo khane mai harmful hai.par aap ki saari recipe bahut
aachi hoti hai.

i tried making upma but it remained very granular, bazar mein jo mtr ka
upma aata hai wo to bahut soft and smooth banta hai par ghar par maine
banaya to usme ruji k daane alag se pata chalte hain jabki maine suji aur
pani ki quantity apke bataye anusaar hi li thi

uske school mein upma day tha meine aapke diye method se upma
banaya. bahut bahut achha bana, beti bhi school upma hi lekar gayi aur
usne upma bahut enjoy kiya. mere ghar mein sabko bahut accha laga.

I am a vegetarian,not very much like onion and garlic and not good at
cooking.I am presently alone in Delhi, away from home and family due to
job posting since 3 years.
I have been fed up eating street and market food.Some times cooks own
but could not make a perfect food got disappointed and next day again
moved to market for lunch and dinner.
One fine morning 2 months back during internet surfing I hit your website
and bookmarked.Since than I am cooking myself both times by reading
and watching your videos and slowly reaching at the satisfactory stage.I
always try my choiced recipe 2-3 times.
It gives me immense pleasure each time I login to Our ( this) web site.
I salute and congratulate you for running website for such simple vegetarian
dishes even without onion and garlic.
Website is very useful and helpful to a busy person,a biginer,living singles
,housewives or any individual who has a cooking hobby or wish to enhance
cooking skills.
Today I made RAWA UPMA .It was so easy delicious and tasty.
Kindly share how a soft PHULKA is made.

hello nisha aunty, i tried to make idli batter the way u made.. but seems
like it done fermented well.. also i m trying hard each time to make a paste
of idli rice but unable, its very thick even after making this paste.. plz help
me.. since i tried it 2nd time and succeeded.

honi chahiye? Maine kahi kahi upma me chane ki dal bhi dekhi hai . kya

Hello Nisha Mam,
Happy to tell you that i made correct upma on sunday .
I want to share my mistakes at your website so that other readers can
learn from it .
I was doing 2 mistakes
1) since i am north indian so i was putting turmeric in it . that was changing
taste and color too.
2) i was roasting sooji a bit more till light brown , but then i saw in your
video that you were taking sooji off the stove when it was off-white.
3) 3rd mistake was instead of peas i put boiled pea dal since there was no
fresh peas at home .
I am thankful that finally learned upma .
