Jacki Ellard recently was employed by Easter Seals-Goodwill Working Solutions. For
several months she has been in charge of implementing our new database. Her recent
layoff was the direct result of a reduction in state funding. Last month, Working
Solutions discontinued her position.
Jacki is a bright and hard-working individual. She has extensive customer service
experience and is a pleasure to work with. As a Participant Advisor, Jacki was the key
element required to implement our new program. With her help, we were able to have the
database running and completely functional ahead of schedule.
