10. Submission of Application Form

a. Ph.D. Programmes
The duly illed application form (OMR form) should be deposited in Room No. S-21, Academic
Branch, Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, Kashmere Gate , Delhi-110006 or submitted online
at the university website www.igdtuw.ac.in along with a bank challan of Rs.750/- and relevant
documents on or before the last date of application process i.e. 15
th
May 2014.
Application for admission must be accompanied by the following documents:
(i) Date of birth Certiicate
(ii) SC/ST/OBC Certiicate (if applicable)
(iii) Sponsorship/NOC Certiicate (if applicable)
(iv) GATE Score/NET Certiicate
(v) Copies of Bachelors and Masters Degrees
(vi) Copies of marksheets of Bachelors and Masters Degree
(vii) Physically Handicap Certiicate (if applicable)

b. M.Tech Programmes
The duly illed OMR Application Form along with relevant enclosures complete in all respects, should
be submitted by hand or by speed post in a properly sealed envelope by 31

May 2014 , 5:00pm

The applicants are not required to enclose any document along with Application Form.
Students may also apply On-line at University Website.
11. Counseling Procedure

11.1 Detailed schedule of irst counseling/admissions indicating the number of qualiied
candidates to be called for counseling shall be announced on the University's Website
(www.igdtuw.ac.in) on 1
st
June 2014 for PhD program and by 16
th
June for M.Tech program
2014.
11.2 Admission through Second Counseling
Detailed Schedule of Second Counseling for all the programmes, depending upon the
number of vacancies created on account of withdrawal(s)/any other reason(s), will be
displayed on the University's Website.
A candidate who fails to appear in person on the notiied date and time for counseling, shall
forfeit her claim for the seat which could be oered to her, had she been present on her
turn.
