Service After Sale of Express Program

1. The Express Program 1 set (1 S/N) can install on 1 computer (or 1 server) and only 1 company that
have name in register postcard. You can not reinstall it at your branch or group company, if you have
many company, you have to order it to each company. (to exempt only you create many company on 1
computer or 1 server)
2. Right claiming, In the future if your computer breakdown, Firstly, please contact to sales of Express
Software Group Co.,Ltd for how to know about register program again.
3. Please fill in register postcard (Its in packing*only new set) to fax (#02-216-5990 or email:
mkt@esg.co.th) and post into the postbox before register program, reserv training, question some
problems with call center and update program.
4. You can train one time (only new set) per 2 days (9.00am.-16.00pm.) that 2 persons come together and
have to reserv to go ahead at least 2-3 weeks. The training table will be in program packing.
5. If you require additional training, you will have to spend one person=1,000 baht or 2 persons=1,500 baht
that seat together. This price is exclusive vat. You have to reserv to go ahead at least 2-3 weeks as the
same.
6. Training reserving, training section will reserv only the customer to protect the error. The reserving will

7. Cancellation or change reserving will have to contact to training section at least 7 days before due. If you
do not call us to cancel, we will know that you are trained already. If you will train, you have to spend as
the same 5.
8. You should learn from a training CD before come to training at ESG. Well, someone can work, because
of the training CD as the same our training room.
9. In witness whereof we hold your master CD. If it lost, you have to report information to the police,
then order the new program and will have to install to the last register computer only. In case you want to
install to the new computer, you have to unregister the old computer before register program again.
10. You can inquire some problems to Call Center on lifetime with phone call, that our staff have about 40
