I, _____________________________ (Student Name), have received one box of
Worlds Finest Chocolates worth $60. I understand that I am responsible for 60
chocolate bars. On or before Wednesday, April 23, I will have given Mr. Gottschall
$60 from the sale of these chocolate bars. I also understand that I am still
responsible for the total amount regardless of whether the items are damaged,
lost, or stolen. By taking a box of chocolates and signing this document I am
showing understanding of the above statements and will adhere to them. It is my
understanding that not following these guidelines will result in all legal penalties
including being placed on the schools obligation list and being charged for theft.
