Ingredients:
Egg yolk paste:
Whole egg. . 1pc
Egg yolk. . 3pcs
Caster sugar. . 20 g
Corn oil. . 40 g
Milk. . 30 g
Low protein flour. . 50 g
Vanilla essence. . 1/2 tsp
Egg white cream :
Egg white . . 3pcs
Caster sugar. . 30 g
Salts . . 1/4 tsp
Method :
1) whole egg, egg yolks, caster sugar and mix well to dissolve the sugar, corn oil and
mix well, add milk, sift in the flour and mix well, then add vanilla extract.
2)egg white gradually add caster sugar, salt and beat until dry foam.
3) 1/3 egg white cream into the egg yolk paste and gently mix well, then pour back
into the egg white cream and mix well.
4)use baking paper and then pour the batter into 6-7 inch round mold,. Bake in
preheated oven 150 degrees bake for about 20 minutes out of the oven upside down,
ripped baking paper, let cool, refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
