    I. May Year End Banquet

    b. Reserved from 5pm to 12 am
    c. Need headcounts
    d. Need list of officers attending
    d. Mixture of white and red velvet cupcakes
    i. Only new officers get them
    ii. Red velvet/white given at random

    II. Sacramento Pre Day
    a. When: June 21

    b. Where: Azusa Pacific University
    c. If necessary, Christian can arrange a bus
    i. Bell Gardens needs a bus

    III. Open Discussion
    a. Nathalie and Christian will meet up next Friday to finalize Sacramento list
    b. Chapters should select their officer and member of the year
    c. Executive Board officer of the year, Member at large, and Chapter of the year chosen
    already
