Starting the trip
To start the trip you can rent a cabrio
car with a good friend. Whih this car
you would be able to travel around
the north of spain.

Tarragona is a
community near
Barcelona. Its
full of little
maritim villages.
Here you can eat
the authentic
mediterranean
dish, like the
authentic Paella,
Fresh fishes like
Besugos,
Doradas in
beautiful
restaurants.
Navarra: Pamplona
Navarra what to eat
Navarra is famous by the good
wines which the riberas is the
most popular in Spain. To eat you
can order the Oxtail or Arandas
Lamb. In y opinion this dishes are
the kings of spanish recipes.
Navarra: Tudela
After the road trip you can walk around the wonderful Bardenas RealesDesert, the sunset is amazing and
you can see the earths colours changing.
Basque Country
In this region, placed on the norths Spain
you can visit smalls fishers towns and
very nice cities finding amazing foods.
Just you need take a walk by the
Historical Centers of Hondarribia,
Zarautz, Getaria, San Sebastian or Bilbao
while you are ordering pintxos in the
little pubs of the historical centers.

Of course you can go to a restaurant and
order Coat (Bacalao) al pil-pil, Turbot
(Rodaballo) in Getaria, Bream (Besugo)
and of course you have to taste the
Chuleta in a typical restaurant.
