Need
7 - 260 clear
1 - 160 lime
1 - 260 colour to choice
1 - 5" heart colour to choice
Wings

A

Inflate a 260 of any colour, leaving " uninflated. Tie the balloon into a circle. Twist
the ring in half creating two equal loops for the harness.

Fully inflate two clear 260s and tie the nozzles together. Twist a 1" bubble at the
end of each and twist the two bubbles together. Wrap the nozzles around the joint
of the harness.

Inflate a clear 260, leaving " uninflated. Tie the balloon into a ring. Attach the tied
ends to the joint of the harness.

Take the balloon from step C and find the halfway point. Attach the halfway point to
the two bubbles created in step B.

At this point, you should have four arcs. Twist a 6" bubble in all four, starting from
the two bubbles created in step B.

Twist one short arc and one long arc together at the base of the bubbles made in
step H. Repeat with the other two arcs.

Repeat steps B through I for the second wing.

Inflate a clear 260 at least 20". Attach the nozzle to the two bubbles from step B.

Twist a 12" bubble and attach it to the joint of the harness. Twist two 1" pinch
twists.

Twist another 12" bubble and attach it to the second wing at the two bubbles. Cut
and tie any extra balloon.

K

To arrange the wings so they sit properly, the ends of the balloon from step C and
it's matching balloon from the second wing should sit closest to the harness. Bend
the wings to shape.

Wand

L

Inflate a lime 160 full but soft.

M

Twist the 160 in half and make a " pinch twist on each side of the halfway point.

N

Twist a 3" loop twist on each side.

O

Spiral the remaining balloon. Arrange the pinch twists and loop twists so they
alternate.

P

Fully inflate a 5" heart. Attach the nozzle to the middle of the 160.
