Meshrite sand control screen
Structure:
It has 3-4 layers:
Base pipe: Punched API 5CT tubing
Filter screen: stainless steel metal wool,
Inner protective layer(optional)
Protective jacket: Punched stainless steel.
All the layers are connected by welded backup ring

Features:
1, Large inflow area, high porosity, and permeability.
2, Maximized flow capability and anti-plugging.
3, Minimized pressure drop during completion
4, Pore size distribution> particle size distribution
5, Filter open area reaches to 92%.

Application:
1, Stand alone, or applied with gravel pack.
2,High input high rate production well, water source well.
3,High temperature, high pressure well and corrosive well, especially for heavy oil well.
4, Overhaul completion.
