What Health and Safety legislation might you need to consider in this project?
The main legislation which would need to be considered for this project is the Health and
safety at work act 1974, which places main responsibility on the individuals instead of
placing all responsibility on the college. Another part of the act is the Management of health
and safety regulations 1999. This requires the college to carry out risk assessments.
