VIENNA CONVENTION ON CONSULAR RELATIONS
VIENNA, 24 APRIL 1963
STATE OF PALESTINE: ACCESSION
The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary,
communicates the following:
The above action was effected on 2 April 2014.
The Convention will enter into force for the State of Palestine on 2 May 2014 in accordance
with its article 77 (2) which reads as follows:
"For each State ratifying or acceding to the Convention after the deposit of the twenty-second
instrument of ratification or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after
deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification or accession."
