its role in the rising popularity and innovation of web feeds.It works to
enable access to online contents.With the spread of the smart devices which
support the programs of the web , it was necessary to take their benefit in
teaching and learning.
The researchers use the developmental method, used in the research in
the educational technology, to develop the training program and the
experimental method in the application of the program to measure its
effectiveness. A sample of 44 students are chosen to be one group and
applying (pre and post ) measurement on the students. The training program
consists of 4 modules are presented through 9 training sessions through 13
episodes of podcasts.The effectiveness of the program is measured by
cognitive test, about the skills of dealing with the electronic management,
by using performance card and identifying the views of the students about
podcasting.
The results showed positive trend for the student toward using podcast,
also they confirmed the effectiveness of using podcast in e-learning. The
research recommended the need to take the advantages of the modern
technology, which comes with the revolution of the web 2.00, to develop the
educational process.
