Subject Staff Scheme



At a recent meeting of the Committee an interesting suggestion comes up in which the 5-day
working week changes to a 6-day working week.
The idea was announced to all staff including the managing positions.
As a compensation of the extra day staff will have the right to the 6
th
week as a
holiday
The 6
th
week holiday could be workable if the employee wants. In that case we will
pay 50% more than a normal week
This planning does not affect the holiday entitlement
In summary by working one more day each week, after 5 weeks will be earned 5 days which
can be taken as a whole week off.
There will be a meeting to discuss the feedback and answer possible questions.
