She is Chair of Australian Ethical Superannuation Ltd, Executive Chair of Women on Boards and a director of the National Foundation for Australian Women. She is a former director of The Infants Home Asheld and the NSW Casino Control Authority. Prior executive roles include the Executive Director of the Australian Association of National Advertisers and senior positions with Telstra, the Australian Broadcasting Tribunal and the Federal government. Panel Members Roslyn Baker A recognised leader known for excellence in business transformation, customer service and business strategy, Roslyn has brought signicant change in her career to the way companies operate. She has held various senior management and board positions across a diverse range of industries within the education, dairy and petroleum industries. Roslyn is currently Chair of Ergon Energy Queensland Risk Management Committee, Director of Cootharinga North Queensland and the following afliates: Community Relations & Fundraising Committee and Lifestyle Services Committee. She holds a Masters of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree, a Diploma of Financial Markets and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Renita Garard OAM Renita is a chartered accountant with in excess of 15 years experience in the provision of nancial and taxation advice through roles within leading professional services rms. In particular, she has considerable experience in the provision of taxation advisory and compliance services to corporate entities, private family groups, superannuation funds and investment funds including provision of such services to listed organisations. Renita is a Director of the Townsville Division of General Practice Limited (trading as Townsville Mackay Medicare Local) and the chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and also a Member of the Board of Management of LifeTec Queensland. Jayne Arlett Jayne is one of Townsvilles most successful businesswomen and has been actively involved in the local business community for the past 25 years. She is a committed mentor and passionate about helping young people achieve their goals. Jayne is the Chair of Townsville Fire / Consultant Sports Podiatrist and Director of Townsville Podiatry Centre and The Athletes Foot.
