RE: LETTER OF RECOGNITION FOR VOLUNTEERING WITH CAMP QUALITY

My name is Nicole Lombard and I am the Program Coordinator at Camp Quality in Victoria,
where I manage and deliver recreation programs that help improve the lives of children and
their families living with cancer. It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recognition for
Kassy Schramm, who joined us as a Camp Quality volunteer 10 months ago.

Our programs would not be possible to run and service our 550 Victorian families affected by
cancer, if it was not for our dedicated and generous volunteers who give their time, effort and
energy to run our various camps and family days. Our volunteers all undergo a detailed
recruitment process, attend annual training sessions and are the frontline of supporting families.

In Kassys short time with Camp Quality she has attended three recreational programs and her
compassion, kindness, patience and optimistic outlook have been a huge asset to the days.
She has complied with all legal and organisation policies and protocols and has been a great
brand ambassador for Camp Quality.

Kassy is caring and works brilliantly with children of all ages and can build easy rapport with the
parents. She is reliable and always willing to help out with anything that is asked of her.

Kassy has recently joined us for a Family Fun Day in Geelong where she assisted greatly by
helping to oversee the catering logistics for the day. She took on these tasks with great
enthusiasm, professionalism and organisation. Kassy not only works well with our children and
parents but also has built great relationships with the other volunteers involved with Camp
Quality.
