To dearest Yochi,

A woman of strength, an enigmatic character, a ball of fire and a motivational guru to

her colleagues, her friends and her family.
As you conclude the long journey of your professional life at Open University, we have
difficulty envisaging this place being the same without you. Your spirit and charisma will
remain unmatched; so is true of the numerous and memorable stints you contributed
over your numerous and dedicated years in this remarkable institution. You have been
an undisputed organizational leader, the creator and guide to many blooming careers
and an un-faltered coach and mentor to many, not only as a colleague but also as a
friend.
We have enjoyed working with you immensely; always willing to battle through the tight
corridors of bureaucracy, always ready for a laugh even in the most tense moments,
always aware of the positive even in the darkest encounters, and always able to find an
amicable solution in the most complex of situations. You have been a real trooper and
we will all miss you very much.
But like everything, all good things come to an End!
As you carve the path for a new stage in your life, we wish you joy and peace in every
moment of your retirement. May you be granted many beautiful moments and
prosperous days with your loved ones, and may your days to come always be filled with
good health, joy and happiness.
