Thank you very much for your kind attention and interest to Strawberry Fields Residences.
Further to your email dated April 15, 2014, we are pleased to provide to you contract rates for
accommodation for all market valid immediately upon signing until December 31, 2014.
The rates are the following:
One-bedroom unit (with livingroom, t&b, kitchen and dining room) php 29,700.00
Two-bedroom unit (with the same amenities with one-bedroom unit) - php 34,700.00
Rates mentioned above do not include the cost for utilities such as water, electricity and cable.
Electricity is charged at 10.99php per kwh while water is at 50 php per cubic meter. Moreover, these
rates are inclusive of vat already. No other fees aside from the rental and utilities.
