batteries. Do not leave batteries lying
around. There is a danger that they may
be swallowed by children or pets. If
batteries are swallowed, seek medical
advice immediately.
Do not use the product if you notice any
signs of damage.
Do not short-circuit batteries. Overheating,
re or destruction of the batteries might
result.

Never throw batteries into
re or water. Never attempt to recharge
single-use batteries! The batteries might
explode.
Leaking or damaged batteries may cause burns to the
skin when touched; in such
cases it is essential to wear appropriate
protective gloves.
Remove used batteries from the device.
Very old or used batteries may leak.
The chemical uid can damage the
product.
Check the batteries regularly for signs
of expiry.
Remove batteries from the device if the
product is not going to be used for a
prolonged period.
Single use, non-rechargeable batteries
must never be recharged.

Electrostatic discharges can detrimentally aect the proper functioning of the
battery tester.
Press the Reset button 2 on the back
of the battery tester. An oce paper-clip
or similar implement can be used for this.

The displayed voltage is not credible.

The battery is not correctly positioned.
Remove the battery and wait a few
seconds or press the reset button.

Cleaning and maintenance

The device should only be cleaned on
the outside with a soft dry cloth.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely
of recyclable materials, which
you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Environmental damage
through incorrect disposal
of the batteries!

Batteries may not be disposed of with the

usual domestic waste. They may contain toxic
heavy metals and are subject to hazardous
waste treatment rules and regulations. The
chemical symbols for heavy metals are as
follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury,
Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose
of used batteries at a local collection point.

kakva oteenja.
Zabranjeno je ponovno spajati baterije.
Isto bi moglo prouzroiti pregrijavanje,
opasnost od poara ili raspuknue.

dem Gert. Sehr alte oder gebrauchte
Batterien knnen auslaufen. Die chemische Flssigkeit fhrt zu Schden am
Produkt.

Batterie einsetzen /

Hinweis: Entfernen Sie den Isolierungsstreifen, bevor Sie das Produkt in Betrieb
nehmen.
Legen Sie eine Batterie vom Typ 3 V
CR2032 ein (im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Hinweis: Achten Sie dabei auf die
richtige Polaritt. Diese wird im Batteriefach angezeigt.

die Funktion des Batterietesters beeintrchtigen.
Drcken Sie die Reset-Taste 2 auf der
Rckseite des Batterietesters. Verwenden
Sie dafr z.B. eine Broklammer o..
Die zu messende Batterie ist verkehrt
herum angelegt.
Legen Sie die zu messende Batterie
gem korrekter Polung an.
Das Messergebnis ist unwahrscheinlich.
Die Batterie ist nicht korrekt platziert.
Entnehmen Sie die Batterie und warten
Sie einige Sekunden oder drcken Sie
die Reset-Taste. Legen Sie die Batterie
erneut ein.

Reinigung und Pege

Reinigen Sie das Gert nur uerlich
mit einem weichen trockenen Tuch.

Batterien drfen nicht ber den Hausmll

entsorgt werden. Sie knnen giftige Schwermetalle enthalten und unterliegen der
Sondermllbehandlung. Die chemischen
Symbole der Schwermetalle sind wie folgt:
Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Quecksilber, Pb = Blei.
Geben Sie deshalb verbrauchte Batterien
bei einer kommunalen Sammelstelle ab.
