Create a sample report ZKALPBACK as shown below.
Activate it.
Click on DIRECT PROCESSING or F8. Below screen appears
Enter the today's date.
Click on SAVE VARAINT.
Give the variant name and meaning as shown below.
Select SELECTION VARIABLE as 'D' in object selection screen and NAME OF VARIABLE as per your
requirement. (In this case its CURRENTDATE -1 day)
