    Go To ML81N

    Click on Other Purchase Order



    Enter the PO number and press Enter.

    Click on create entry sheet

    Click on Service Sel.

    Just press Enter when the below popup comes

    Select the line item and click on Services


    Change the posting date to 18.11.2010 (any date in 11
    th
    month of 2010)

    Click on the green flag for release

    Enter S1 in the release code as shown below and press enter.

    Click on Save
