    regarding
    Respected Sir,
    We are shocked to learn that a letter on fake letter-Head of AIBSNLOA CHQ,
    forging the signature of the General Secretary has been received by Personnel
    Section of BSNL Corporate Office on a matter related to transfer policy'
    2. This letter is said to have been received by Personnel Section by post. We
    would like to emphasize the fact that we do not send any letter by post or hand over
    the letters in envelopes, addressed to any officer ofBSNL Corporate Office. We have
    been always handing over our letters in person to the PA or PS of the concerned
    officers.
    3. We ttrerefore request you to ignore such fake letters received by post, sent by
    miscreants aimed at creating a bad image of our Association. We also request that
    suitable instructions may be issued to all Sections in this regard.
