Frenchtown Parent Teacher Association Carnival

While student teaching at Frenchtown Elementary School I was able to participate in the PTAs
carnival fundraiser. I was in charge of the cake walk from the hours of 4:30 to 7:00 on April 11
th
, 2014.
During this time I was able to interact with students from my class as well as other students and parents.
The cake walk consisted of students walking around in a circle until the music stopped. When the music
stopped the students had to find a number to stand on. I would draw a number out of a hat and
whoever was standing on that number won a prize such as a cupcake and/or other goodies. It was a fun
event and the students were really excited about winning!
