Letter of complaint for poor service

Dear, Sir/Madam.
In January this year, the power in my area went on and off. It was in the second week of
January that this problem has started to occur. It was not a big deal at that moment, until the
unstable power began to occur constantly in the following weeks until right now. Not to
mention the unstable power went off in only a matter of minutes, then the power went back
on, but it happened repeatedly.

One of the main problems caused by this is that when I was working with my laptop without
the battery and I have the charger plugged in to the socket. When the power went off all of a
sudden all the work that I had done gone away and I had to start from the beginning. The
power that went on and off also affects the laptop and other electronic stuffs, for the reason of
them to be broken.
