    As per your request, enclosed please find all of the required documents which have
    been executed by Senator Bruno. I have reviewed all of the documents as well as your
    letter dated August 5, 1998 with Senator Bruno and there are no changes to your
    understanding as to his status and intentions. Additionally, Senator Bruno is not currently
    on the Board of Directors of any publicly held company.
