To whom it may concern:
I am writing this letter as a recommendation for Mr. DinBomani A. Quomijah. Mr. Quomijah worked as a math teacher at Central Dauphin East Middle School from January 2011 through June 2011. DinBomani was a dependable teacher, arriving early and generally staying for an hour or more after school. He made himself readily available for additional student instruction and questions, establishing a good rapport with the students, staff, faculty, and surrounding community. Mr. Quomijah possesses adequate leadership qualities when attending Math Department meetings and partaking in district discussions, pertaining to student achievement. He has a strong and eager desire for equality and student achievement. DinBomani is a highly intelligent individual, technically savvy, and flexible when it comes to managing the rapid changes within the school environment that takes place in education today.
DinBomani successfully implanted Learning Focused lesson plans, instilled critical and higher ordered thinking in his students, and motivated his students with high expectations. He also employed various methods to communicate his knowledge throughout the school and surrounding community. He encouraged not only the students he taught, but any student that came within his presence, to work both independently and collaboratively to effectively understand and apply concepts. During his tenure, DinBomani was an enthusiastic contributor to the math department meetings and school environment. I hope this letter portrays the sincerity and passion of Mr. DinBomani A. Quomijahs work ethic. It is with great esteem that I recommend Mr. Quomijah for a position within your school system.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Janet Hetrick
