Independent service tool order instructions

Step 1:
To order DDRS, select DDRS Order from the welcome page on the right.


Step 2:
On page 1, select Yes if purchasing a new DDRS license. Then enter the number of reprogramming events
(if desired). Select No if only purchasing reprogramming events. Then enter number of reprogramming
events desired. Click Next.

Step 3:
On page 2, click Next to skip this step if this is a first time purchase or new order. If youre a returning
customer, profile information will automatically populate. You can optionally enter customer code to
verify profile. Click Next.


Step 4:
On page 3, enter credit card and billing address information and click Next.

Step 5:
On page 4, read and accept the terms and conditions. Click Next.


Step 6:
On page 5, review the order details. If order details are incorrect, click Previous to make necessary
changes. If order details are correct, enter the security code displayed in the lower left. Click Place Order.

Step 7:
The order complete page provides confirmation of a successful order transaction. Order details will be
emailed with the application ID. A second email with password and download instructions will be sent
within 48 hours to complete order. Email SSD@daimler.com with any questions.
