SWIMMING & SHREK: THE MUSICAL


May 20, 21, 22, and 23 for the first set of 4 lessons and June 2, 3, 4, and
5

for the second set of 4 lessons (8 lessons in total) the entire school will be
participating in swimming lessons at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre.

Our lessons are from 1:00 to 2:00 each of the days. So, we will need to
change quickly at the end of the day.

Students will be in groups arranged by their prior swimming levels attained.
Please, fill out the Kenn Borek forms and return those to the school as soon as
possible.

The participation in the lessons will involve a bus ride to and from the school
each of the days. Generally, the bus will leave the school at 12:15 and return to
the school by 2:30 on each of the days.

On Monday, June 9
th
the school will be watching the SHREK: The Musical
at Unchagah Hall. On this day we will be leaving the school by 9:05. The
production begins at 9:30. We will return to the school by lunch time.

this trip and acknowledge that School District #59 (Peace River South), through the Schools in the
District, endeavors to enhance the educational activities and benefits available to the pupils in the

teachers and supervisors volunteer their time, and further acknowledge that I/We [parent(s)]
understand and agree to assume all risks and hazards involved or arising out of such activities or
transportation to and from such activities. Parents should feel free to contact the school with any
