Belize is often described as a "melting pot" of
cultures all intermingled to form a unique "Belizean
identity".

Another aspect of the culture is the idea of the
mystical healing.


RELIGION
Belize is a predominantly Christian society. Roman Catholicism is
accepted by about half of the population, and Protestantism by about a
quarter.






MUSIC
Belize music features a cultural blend of Kriol, Mestizo, Garifuna and
Maya influences. Each culture brings unique instruments indicative of
the musical origin
