Satire assignment

After spending hours slaving over RM senior jane does application, admission officers at ____ University
high fived in delight as they added it to the acceptance pile. Luckily, Jane was a satisfactory student- she
had kept an A in foundations of art and honors English all year and even ranked above the national
average with her SAT scores. But most importantly, her parents, both doctors, are both more than
capable of paying the Universities yearly tuition + room & board of $52,000 a year without any financial
aide. Admission officers sat around their round table and wiped away tears of joy as they read over her
beautifully done FAFSA from. Staff cant wait to welcome Jane as they believe she will be a perfect fit,
and contribute great things to the campus- perhaps some new iMacs for the library, some improved
stadium lighting, or another starbucks in the dining hall. To make matters even better, Jane will allow 2
or 3 students from low-income families to enroll with financial aid, adding to our campuses diversity and
dispersion of scholarship money!
