    Kirubananthan, the lowner of the seagulls developers responding to allegations said


    since some of the residents of the condominium have not paid the maintenanace fee to the
    company, they cannot takecare of the maintenance.
    Regarding the deeds issue he said that it will be possible to solve the issue within next
    couple of months with the support of CMA.
