LIGHTSABER PROFILE

A lightsaber is the weapon of a Jedi. It is a melee weapon,
with a blade formed of pure energy. A lightsaber, in the right
hands, can slice effortlessly through almost any surface in the
galaxy.

SPECIAL RULES

Strength: A lightsabers base strength is determined by a
combination of the wielders strength and Force level.

Example: Deleon, a Jedi Padawan, has a base strength of 4.
His Force level is 2. Therefore, his lightsaber strikes at a
strength of 6.

Duels: Two or more models with lightsabers in combat are
classed as fighting a duel, and do not fight combat in the
normal way.

Disciplines: Many individuals who wield lightsabers can
perform incredible feats with them. A model may use
lightsaber disciplines if they wield a lightsaber. See the
Lightsaber disciplines section below for details.
LIGHTSABERS IN COMBAT

Models armed with a lightsaber rarely carry any ranged
weaponry; meaning that they are usually found up close and in
combat with the enemy. Fortunately, a lightsaber is a
formidable weapon, capable of slicing through armour as if it
wasnt there.

Models equipped with lightsabers will frequently find
themselves the victims of concentrated firepower this is par
for the course for many Jedi Knights. Fortunately, there are
multiple ways for those gifted individuals with Force skills to
avoid the effects of such weaponry. For more details, check

Used effectively, a single lightsaber can rule a battlefield,
though the methods used to do so vary greatly, depending on
which side of the Force you play
