Member Removal Statement
Member Removal Statement
Richland, WA – Today, The Republican National Hispanic Assembly (RNHA) noticed several
members of their removal from the organization effective immediately.
RNHA National First Vice-Chairman Tony Benegas issued the following statement, “Over the
last several months, we have received various complaints from current RNHA state chairmen
and members throughout the country regarding inappropriate use of RNHA contact information
for disruptive purposes. Upon investigation, we learned certain RNHA members were
inappropriately using RNHA private proprietary information. After consulting with RNHA
General Counsel, and pursuant to RNHA Rule 4(g), it was determined that these members
committed an egregious breach of protocol by improperly using members' information for their
own purposes. As national officers, it is our duty and responsibility to protect the RNHA and its
member’s information; we find such prolonged destructive behavior disgraceful and will not be
tolerated. Those responsible for the violations were notified today of their removal as members
of our organization.”
