Per transaction E&O cost

as of August 7, 2004 thru August 6, 2005


(we are fortunate to have insurance in California,
most do not have insurance and/or are self insured)

1. Single Family Owner Occupied will be $175.00 each,


2. Dual Agency Single Family will be $350.00 each
3. Non –Owner Occupied Residential 1-4 will be $200.00 each,
4. Dual Agency Non –Owner Occupied Residential 1-4 will be $400.00 each
5. Non-Owner Occupied Non Residential (Commercial) and Residential greater than 4 units
$400.00,
6. Dual Agency Non-Owner Occupied Non Residential (Commercial) and Residential greater
than 4 units will be $800.00 each
7. First Loans $120.00 each,
8. 2nd, 3rds etc. $50.00 each.

Note:
These fees include insurance, Chilton Lee’s attorney fees, CRES risk management program,
and the E&O elimination program. If you follow the office policy manual, E& O Deductible
Elimination Program and consult with your manager, the lawyers in California will have to
retire due to lack of work.

The undersigned hereby understands the above insurance cost and acknowledges receipt of a copy
hereof.
