From: Aysia Dalton Date: December 1, 2013 Re: Office Manager I had the opportunity of being Office Manager November 18 through November 26. While being Office Manager I learned how sometimes it can be difficult to keep the entire company on the same page at all times. I arrived every day at 7:15 a.m. ready to work and motivate. I would greet each employee with a smile. Then at 7:41 a.m., I would highlight any employees name that was not present. I then would enter in tardies and absences into the data base and would print the reports. I was also in charge of handing out resources and making copies of anything any employee needed. Throughout the day, I would enter in professional points and at the end of the day I would print the report. I also would walk around the office ensuring that each and every employee was working productively and that they had their name badge on. Right before I left, I made sure the conference room was up to par and then cleaned the counters with pink spray and made sure they were tidy. On Tuesday, I trained Chase Whitehead on how to be an office manager. I really enjoyed my time as Office Manager and look forward to being Vice President. In my two weeks of being Office Manager, I decided to get a 4 th Module. For my 4 th Module, I created 12 Quote of the Day charts and each day I put up a new Quote of the Day. I also cut out a bunch of test cards and put them on the pile neatly. I also went around and cleaned all of the cubicles. On Monday I brought in cookies and had them repeat an affirmation. During my week, I was unable to replace the tab slips in the directors books.
